East Of Annapurna range lies Naar-Phu valley which is only off beaten trek in Annapurna Region. This trek offers stunning panoramas of Annapurna massif & Manaslu.

The Narr-Phu trail follows through the Marshyangdi river and finally reach Naar-Phu Valley. Witness Kang-la Pass & Mesokanto La during the trail, and while descending explore Tilicho lake in Manang. This trek can be an addon for Annapurna circuit as it deviates from Chamje during Annapurna circuit and follows off beaten trail along Naar-Phu valley.

Day 1 : Arrival day

On your arrival our airport representative will escort you to your Hotel by private car. In the evening we will have welcome dinner together & briefing on your trip.

Day 2 : Full Day Guided Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu Valley

On this day you will explore the delightful capital city Kathmandu. Take a visit to UNESCO world heritage site sites- Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square & more. Your trip starts from next morning & we will brief your entire plan

Day 3 : Drive To Drive To Jagat (1,100m) [8-9 hrs]

On this day you head for Jagat you will have tourist bus available for you. It takes about 9 hours to reach Jagat en route you will see hills, forests, rivers & beautiful town

Day 4 : Trek To Dharapani (1,960m) [5-6 hrs]

Now you start your journey early morning & head downhill. Later you will be climbing uphill through rivers & forests. After 5 hours long trek you finally arrive at the Gurung village Dharapani.

Day 5 : Trek To Koto (2,610m) [5-6 hrs]

On this day you will trek to a Bhagarchhap-Visit monastery in the village & head towards Danaque. Soon you will be climbing to Timang & get into the forest to reach Latamarang. You will have a clear view of Manasalu & Annapurna form here. It all takes 5 hours to reach Koto.

Day 6 : Trek To Meta (3,560m)[ 6-7 hrs] (Nar-Phu Valley Restricted Area Permit Entry)

After registering at the Koto check-post you will walk along the bank of Soti Khola, cross forests & few river streams till you reach Dharmasala. After Dharmashala the trail follows through the dense forest & after forested land is a village of Meta.

Day 7 : Trek To Phu Gaon (4,250m) [6-7 hrs]

Phu Gaon is the destination of the day. After breakfast, the journey continues on an up and down hill trail until we reach Kyang. Form Kyang you will follow the trail through Phu Khola & after few hours walk, you will reach Phu gaon.

Day 8 : Acclimatization

A day will be spent in Phu, both for the purpose of acclimatization and exploration. You can visit local village & peoples OR explore Tashi Lhakhang Monastery.

Day 9 : Trek To Nar (4,110m) [6-7 hrs]

On this day you will have walk downhill to reach Mahendra pul, From here you will have uphill climb through several monasteries & finally reach Nar. The village has several tea houses and good camping sites. Overnight at Nar

Day 10 : Acclimatization At Nar

Today you will rest & get acclimatize with the high altitude. You find here many Buddhist Monasteries to visit as well as a very good view of Pisang Peak and other small peaks. Stay Overnight in Lodge.

Day 11 : Trek To Kang La Pass (5,322m). Then Trek To Ngwal (3,660m) [6-7 hrs]

Today we start early for the crossing of Kangla Pass at 5322 meters. From the top we will have good views of Annapurna III and IV, Machhapuchre (Fish-Tail), Tilicho Peak and the entire Manang valley. Later you will trek down to Ngawal & stay overnight there.

Day 12 : Trek To Manang (3,540m) Via Braga [5-6 hrs]

Today you will have steep walking along the mountains. Since its high altitude, it can be a tough walk. Later you will pass by world's highest commercial airport-the mamang airport. You will see the ancient Buddhist monastery of Barga on the route. You will be staying in guest house in Manang village.

Day 13 : Trek To Yak Kharka

Leaving Manang, we will follow the trail which will lead us towards Yak Kharka. On the way you will pass suspension bridge over Ghyanchang Khola.

Day 14 : Trek To Thorong Phedi [5-6 hrs]

On this day you will pass through several villages with stunning mountain views following your way. it takes 5 hours to reach Thorong Phedi. horong Phedi is a small busy settlement catering to the needs of tired trekkers and climbers.

Day 15 : Trek To Muktinath Via Thorung-La Pass (5,416m) [7-8 hrs]

Today is probably the toughest day for you as you will pass through Thorong-la pass, highest pass of Annapurna region. after that, you will have a downhill trail to Muktinath which takes about 8 hours. Muktinath is a popular Hindu temple & has its own significance. It's a home of god of liberation, lord Muktinath(Lord Shiva).

Day 16 : Trek to Jomsom (2,743m) [4-5 hrs]

On this day, You will move down the gravelled road to reach Jomsom. Jomsom is a tourist hub & there are all sorts of lodging and fooding available. Jomsom is a good place to sit down & relax.

Day 17 : Fly To Pokhara. Sightseeing In Pokhara

Now you will have a flight back to Pokhara. it takes 20 minutes to reach Pokhara form Jomsom so you will have enough time to explore the beautiful lake city Pokhara. Visit- devis falls, Phewa lake & get most out form the city.

Day 18 : Drive To Kathmandu. Farewell Dinner

On this day, You will prepare for your early morning drive to Kathmandu. There will be a farewell dinner planned for you to celebrate your successful trip.

Day 19 : Final Departure

We will escort you to the airport, Have a safe journey back home.
